We all love the genius that is Miuccia Prada. But how could she possibly create two bags in the same season that could be so dramatically different? Enter exhibit A – The beautiful gold and black slouchy bag, made from leather with nappa leather lining and gold plated zips and fittings. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of the gold and black version but I do have a picture of its more colourful sister (apparently this colour is bougainvillea + voyage… purple and turquoise was what I was going for). Really this doesn’t do justice to the black and gold version. At ALL!
I have day dreams of myself strutting down the street to that ‘Black and Gold’ song by Sam Sparrow with my new Prada. Sigh…
But then exit exhibit A, enter B – this tacky looking fairy hold-all. I really hate it, I don’t know if it’s supposed to be a bit twee on purpose but it looks really cheap to me. And when you take in to consideration that this little bag costs a whopping £1050 it just offends me on every level.
I have however found an outfit to match the bag just in case you were tempted by it…

Oh! I saw the black and gold version too! I saw it in a shop window when i was last in London, its so pretty!

U can get the black and gold one in a Prada shop. Itz not available online as itz a limited edition. If i remember it cost bout £900!
